What a hoot book club was with the Rochester girls on Nov 14. Half of the group hadn't read the book. Didn't have time, couldn't get into it, just didn't like it. But we all laughed hysterically during the read-aloud parts. What fun to read those sad, disturbing slices of his life. How much is truth and how much is fiction? Living in the Naked Trailer Court was a hit - what would it be like to live in a nudist colony with retirees in trailers? His trips across country hitch-hiking... his job opportunities... his mom!
It was fun.
